Located in the North Western town of Coleraine, on a very prominent site next to the River Bann, this scheme provided Dunnes Stores with four shop units, equating to 86,000 square feet of retail space and 300 car parking spaces.
The building is entered through a double height glazed entrance, with customers being taken up to the retail floor via travelators. An alternative entrance along a ramped colonnade allows access for disabled customers via a covered walkway.
A double-height glazed restaurant area dominates the corner of the building providing magnificent views of the river and Coleraine Bridge.
