This new build development totalling 50,000 square feet, comprises six individual business units within an area previously zoned as ‘lightindustrial’ in the heart of Belfast’s evolving Titanic Quarter.
The Business Park is occupied by an insurance call centre, two computer software companies and government offices. The scheme included site works, landscaping and carparking for tenants.
