This is RPP’s second contemporary home to be commissioned by a client desiring a ‘House on Belfast Lough.’ Our first house on the lough received the highest architectural award of an RIBA listing.
This house follows in the same successful scale, but as the site on the coast adjoins the boundary of the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum, it is much narrower and the internal planning only allows the reception rooms to actually overlook the lough, with the bedrooms overlooking the rear gardens.
The view over the lough looking West to the Co. Antrim coast is exceptional, whilst the local Yacht Club provides the summer entertainment.
