RPP Architects Interior Design team working in partnership with NBC Universal’s Dutch brand Architect (EMMA Architecten) delivered a unique office space for a progressive & vibrant young firm who have now won “Best Company to work for in NI” for 2 consecutive years.
Golfnow / BRS Golf’s brief was to create a bright, fun working environment that staff would enjoy using.
RPP designed some bespoke breakout areas and meeting / collaborative spaces in keeping with clients business model this included provision of an informal reception area, a state of the art golf simulator room, an indoor putting green, golf themed lounge areas, a reading room, a lounge, huddle spaces, quiet booths, and a social hub which included 2 Playstations, Bose sound system and a fully stocked bar. Golfnow where the last tenant to take floorspace within City Quays 1 development designed by RPP architects for Belfast Harbour Commission.
Project completed November 2016 with a fit-out contract value of approx. £630,00.
