Clarence Gallery Office Development

A sensitive new build that compliments Belfast’s Linen Quarter, creating 65,000ft2 of Grade A office space.

The project is located in Belfast’s Linen Quarter and consists of the demolition of 13-23 Clarence Street and construction of an 8-storey office building with plant rooms and public realm improvements.

The proposed scheme will contribute positively to the local environment by enhancing the character and appearance of the Linen Conservation Area; will result in inward investment and rejuvenate this key corner of the Linen Quarter.

Working with Turley Planning, the project has been granted Planning approval for our client Killultagh Estates.
