Grand Central Hotel wins at the RICS NI Awards 2019<\/h4>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][divider line_type=”Full Width Line” line_thickness=”1″ divider_color=”default” custom_height=”2″][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text][\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line”][vc_column_text]After being shortlisted at the Annual RICS Awards NI 2019<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0RPP and the rest of the design team are ecstatic that Grand Central Hote<\/a>l was awarded “Winner” in the “Tourism & Leisure” category. It was a very competitive category with equally worthy projects in contention. We would like to thank everyone who voted for the project, those who had a part to play in bringing it to fruition and especially our client Hastings Hotels<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

“This is an absolutely fantastic building which is custom designed and with the highest spec in terms of finishing. The standard of construction and materials used is outstanding. The project has provided employment, raised economic activity and is a landmark building in the heart of the city centre.
