Major Planning Submission for Evish Road, Strabane
RPP Architects, in collaboration with McGettigan Homes and Turley Planning Consultants, have recently submitted this planning application to Derry City & Strabane District Council for a 76 unit social housing scheme, comprising 51 houses and 15 apartments including 7 CAT1 units.
The development is located at the former Lady of Mercy Secondary School site, Mount Carmel Heights / Evish Road, Strabane, which has been vacant for a number of years.
Clanmil will be the Housing Association taking charge of the development on completion.
