Marriott Belfast, Belfast’s newest waterfront hotel, to open at City Quays 3

AC Hotel by Marriott Belfast is set to open its doors early in 2018 and will occupy prime position on the exciting and fast-evolving waterfront at Belfast’s City Quays.

The 4 star development, part of Belfast Harbour’s City Quays 3 development, will feature a reception area, restaurant, bar/lounge, gym, meeting rooms and 188 bedrooms.

City Quays 3 is the latest stage in Belfast Harbour’s waterside renewal and will stand 17 storeys tall when completed. It will join the existing City Quays 1, Belfast Harbour’s grade A flagship office development, and City Quays 2, which is currently being built, and will include a hotel as well as a car park. The £30m waterfront development at City Quays 3 is one of the largest planned for Belfast and could accommodate up to 1,600 people.

City Quays is located within the Harbour Estate with first class links to the City Airport and Belfast city centre and is aimed to enhance Belfast’s attractiveness as a business location, providing grade A office space for companies.

RPP Architects is delighted to continue our work with Belfast Harbour on the exciting regeneration of Belfast’s historic maritime waterfront.
