Bank of Ireland Headquarters

This project involved the redevelopment of one of the city’s most prominent corner locations facing Belfast’s iconic City Hall.

The existing 1960s precast concrete panelled building was demolished to make way for an eight-storey, ultra-modern, air-conditioned office development, designed to accommodate the latest IT requirements and provide a fully flexible environment in terms of floor layout and services provision.

The building is a concrete frame construction, clad in ashlar stone and glass, echoing the materials used throughout Donegall Square. Floodlit by night, the prestigious HQ building cuts a fine figure on Belfast’s premier public square.
