City Quays, Clarendon Dock, Belfast

City Quays is Belfast’s newest £250 million designated mixed-use regeneration project, providing commercial offices, shops, cafes, restaurants, hotel space and residential accommodation.

The development, centred round Clarendon Dock, occupies prime waterfront location, linking Belfast’s historical maritime district, the 185-acre Titanic Quarter, to the city centre.

Showcasing the latest advances in ‘green’ architecture, the project forms part of a masterplan by internationally acclaimed architect, Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, whose projects include the award-winning Eden Project in Cornwall. RPP has designed a new 5 storey, 7700 square metre, high specification, open plan office development, as part of the ongoing regeneration and transformation of Belfast’s Harbour waterfront.
