This project for the extension and renovation of existing headquarters for electricity operator, Systems Operator NI, is currently under construction with completion planned for Autumn 2014.
RPP’s design provides for a mix of open-plan and cellular office accommodation over two floors, a new staff restaurant and break out facilities with outdoor dining and rest areas.
Also planned are a new entrance, visitor reception and extended parking, as well as state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities. The finished building will comply with all the latest Disability Discrimination Act legislation.
It is business as usual for SONI as normal business operations continue throughout the works.
